This position is likely to suit someone with Building Surveying experience who has experience of managing multiple minor works packages. The ideal candidate will have a minimum HNC or equivalent in building or related discipline. They will also be experienced in the delivery of building and civil engineering projects from inception to handover. Able to scope works and manage design process, assist in the development of bills of quantities for measured works, select and manage sub-contractors to deliver quality projects. Experience of Quality systems, site Health and Safety requirements and auditing will be essential along with a working knowledge of CDM regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning of project works and quality standards of deliverables. Control of project budgets to maintain margins, internal project reporting and liasing with client.
